gowron492: If it's still in warranty, send it off for repair. A master reset didn't sort out mine. Only fixed once I sent it off.
rico bonzawali: whats with the nails dude. you say there for picking wires but why are they manacured nails they look polished, what the freak is that all about
gowron492: I can't remember off hand but I think you have to switch it off, then press and hold the volume down button while switching it on, hold the volume down button until the root menu comes up. If this doesn't work, try using the volume up button.

Filling in the online form is interesting in the fact it's not exactly supported so had to go through the mobile phone returns section..
