GETTHEDEUCE: A lot of energy used to kill such a small patch throw salt on it
Dave Drewett: I think it would work even better if you wet the whole area down first. Water conducts heat very well so you would effectively boil the weeds and not have to worry about unwanted fire.
Kandi Klover (Fursuiter Furry): i have a little fire truck made out of a polaris haha
Ellie Rhea: question - I just bought one today and my flame is not "clear" like yours - its a literal fire...what am I doing wrong?
PainChaud: Yeah it's what I use now. Even a metal "L" shaped tool to take out the roots in cracks.
m-a guertin: you can use vinager with salt and dawn. just look on youtube for the exact doze. I have done it and it kills the weeds in 24 hours.
R0773N: Fire hazard?
boxa888: oh its soo fast!! IT WORKED great for my watermellon patch! i do use a metal piece like a large pan to sheild the plants as i tourch close, its been a week and the weeds are dead, and the watermellons are healthy and getting all the nutrients. i do have to say there were some spots i missed and a few weeds that were around, but a chemical would do the same and leave poison after. i left carbon behind, a part of the building blocks of life...
Skinnyd: just spray roundup its a hell of alot easier and safer
speedwayman100: weeds will grow back this is a temporary cure
XMattingly: This is definitely the manly man's yard care method. : )
yome255913: I need to get one these torches. i was actually borrowing someone else's for this video.
PainChaud: @yome255913 I see thanks!
yome255913: It really works. The weeds do come back after some time - as the heat just burns it. best to do this just after a rain or with a fire extinguisher nearby. best application- pathways and driveways- areas without plants and burnable material.
PainChaud: Does this really works...or do the weed grow back since the deeper roots are still there? I've use boiling water to kill tenacious weed
weed torch: using a propane weed torch to kill weeds5
