Did this video help you?

boogiefever1985: I think the key to these things is they should NEVER be able to open up to the air outside

Gerald Henderson: Where Can I donate. Need help badly

Geo Von Lengerke: So sad that a fine german machine will come with issues like that, pretty much you will have a sunroof as a decoration

Phillip Smith: TRY THIS FIRST!!!!! Did you try adjusting the back window first? I had the same issue with mine. I took out the back window first. The front window was then able to lay flat. Then I was able to put the back window back in. If you notice when you put the back window in the screws have quite a bit of play as to where you can place them. And tighten them up. (YOU GOT TO FIND THE SWEET SPOT!) Problem fixed!! Hope this helps some people.

kate gabriel: Thank You. Great instructions.

caldyn phillip: Awesome stuff. It worked on my x3. The dealer wanted between $2900 to 4000 to fix mines.

Edward Caicedo: wow! what a great video! is there a place where we can donate to your beer fund for saving us so much money?

10inja: Thanks so much, I was able to close the back.

Cristian Musat: Very nice! Thanks, you are a very good person! for 3 months i have the roof open.

Ya Pix: Thank you very much Sir! For decades I'm a 5-series guy. I was going to switch to an X3 or X5 because I liked the panoramic moonroof. Having watched your video in my research for my next wheels, I now realized the double-panel feature is trouble prone. Yes, I'm handy and mechanically inclined; but I've also become lazy in my pre-retirement years and just don't wanna deal with it to begin with. I think I should stick with single-panel deals.

Victor Jara: Wow thank you this video was very clear awesome views and it helped me close that dang sunroof what a pain thank you again

Martha R: you were sent from heaven , its raining in my town and I need to close the rear glass .. what a great video, thanks for posting..

Arnell Durham JR.: This helped me Bigggg Time I only had too see the video 1 X explained to my mechanic 5 minutes later fixed ya dig 8-25-2014. will make donation

Narad Maloo: thanks ...this helped a lot after my dealer told me it will cost over $1000... i did it in 20 mins ... good stuff!!!

Minhaj Mohammad: Thank you sir it worked for my 2004 x3 3.0i. I followed your both part 1 & 2 videos and fixed the problem completely of the rear glass. Now I can enjoy the features except rear glass exhaust.

Tommy Elmesewdy: Thanks for posting these videos (Part 1/2). Worked like a charm.

Jim Sowers: Great video for quick fix. But what is the underlying problem, i.e., what is broken in the first place that caused the problem. Maybe I'll find the answer in the next video :-)

PorkysThree: Thanks so much for making this it's people like you who make the internet what a great thing it is!! Cheers from London!!!

Gar Bo Wong: I thought I broke my sister in laws BMW sunroof and had to shell out 3-4k, until she told me about your video. This took 5 minutes including getting the wrench from the tool box. FANTASTIC!!!!!! Thank You!

Gerald Henderson: Any fix if my sunroof is stuck all the way open? The tool won't turn counter clockwise like in the video and I really would rather not go to the dealer. Please help!!!

ziad azoo: i have the same problem happened today on my 2006 bmw x3 3.0 I will try it first thing in the morning hopefully this works!!!!

frantz fleurine: Great video it helps me,im expecting more videos from you thank you sir.

robin sifarow: Thank you so much! There's a bear for you in sweden!

Richard Hyde: Excellent stuff. Thanks for posting.

Shane E Fountain: Great instructions! Thanks so much. My roof has been open for over a year, now it is closed. Wow!

Gerald Henderson: Where Can I donate. Need help badly

Mike Bradshaw: This totally worked for me. Thank you so much! You gotta love You Tube!!!

JZ Bowmannz: Thanks a bunch for the help!!!! My local dealer wanted $3,000 for this job...

Cecil George: I tried this but it seems like it's an on going issue I have to do it everytime, not only that I can't get it to flush the driverside flushes but not the passenger side.

Jr Guy MInto: I have 2006 530xi Wagon, my roof will open but it wont close electronically, and my i can't get my visor closed....do you have a video with that issue

imfuctifino: So many people having to use this fix ( great video) but what causes this issue in the 1st instance ?

Nathan Smith: Nice work! The best video and info on this I have found. Thanks

Paul Honnor: Hi Thanks for the video it helped me a lot, the easy way to do the job is at the 3 minuet mark of the video if you press the button to make the roof go down then turn the key of the car off at that time it stays down if you do this just as it hits the back glass then continue at the 5 min mark

Jean-Gael Renard: Thanks a lot! Your video really saved me !!

appells: i watched you video and i dont even got a bbw... i should get a job haha

Kevin Gonzales: Thanks so much for this. I've got an 2004 x5 with almost the same problem. After watching your video, went out to my car with a hammer and screwdriver and... voila... I fixed the sunroof. I thought I was going to have a $500 bill on my hands. Instead, I fixed it myself in 5 minutes. Thanks for taking the time to make this.

colin Lyne: excellent well presented instruction and illustration first class many thanks im gona subscribe

elite_killah: Do you have to do this every time? Or does this just happen sometimes?

Faizal Mussa: A very big thank you for posting this video, you have saved us all alot of money and misery.

hurleyboy417: good video! but I found it much easier to slightly apply pressure to the top while closing it and it worked great!

Rock Sheibani: Closing X5 Roof
