Gerald Henderson: Where Can I donate. Need help badly
Phillip Smith: TRY THIS FIRST!!!!!
Did you try adjusting the back window first? I had the same issue with
mine. I took out the back window first. The front window was then able to
lay flat. Then I was able to put the back window back in. If you notice
when you put the back window in the screws have quite a bit of play as to
where you can place them. And tighten them up. (YOU GOT TO FIND THE SWEET
SPOT!) Problem fixed!! Hope this helps some people.
Edward Caicedo: wow! what a great video! is there a place where we can donate to your beer
fund for saving us so much money?
Geo Von Lengerke: So sad that a fine german machine will come with issues like that, pretty
much you will have a sunroof as a decoration
Minhaj Mohammad: Thank you sir it worked for my 2004 x3 3.0i. I followed your both part 1 &
2 videos and fixed the problem completely of the rear glass. Now I can
enjoy the features except rear glass exhaust.

PorkysThree: Thanks so much for making this it's people like you who make the internet
what a great thing it is!! Cheers from London!!!
Jim Sowers: Great video for quick fix. But what is the underlying problem, i.e., what
is broken in the first place that caused the problem. Maybe I'll find the
answer in the next video :-)

to fix mines.
Gar Bo Wong: I thought I broke my sister in laws BMW sunroof and had to shell out 3-4k,
until she told me about your video. This took 5 minutes including getting
the wrench from the tool box. FANTASTIC!!!!!! Thank You!
Gerald Henderson: Any fix if my sunroof is stuck all the way open? The tool won't turn
counter clockwise like in the video and I really would rather not go to the
dealer. Please help!!!

not the passenger side.
Jr Guy MInto: I have 2006 530xi Wagon, my roof will open but it wont close
electronically, and my i can't get my visor closed....do you have a video
with that issue

issue in the 1st instance ?

x38karizma38x: Thank you very much This Workss!! :D
Paul Honnor: Hi Thanks for the video it helped me a lot, the easy way to do the job is
at the 3 minuet mark of the video if you press the button to make the roof
go down then turn the key of the car off at that time it stays down if you
do this just as it hits the back glass then continue at the 5 min mark
Jean-Gael Renard: Thanks a lot! Your video really saved me !!
Kevin Gonzales: Thanks so much for this. I've got an 2004 x5 with almost the same problem.
After watching your video, went out to my car with a hammer and screwdriver
and... voila... I fixed the sunroof. I thought I was going to have a $500
bill on my hands. Instead, I fixed it myself in 5 minutes. Thanks for

Las A Reath: My sunroof has a feature were it detects an obstruction and then stops
closing and opens again. This is most likely what's happening here. There
must be a way to disable that feature and force the sunroof to close the
first time it tries. Just don't put your finger in the way!
Shota Dolidze: thumbs up!!!
charles ingles: Look up online. There is a consumer reports lawsuit about sunroof failure
and leaks. Bmw also has issues with oil pumps, transmission, and airbag
recalls. Enjoy your ultimate driving machine!
TKofTheCarolinas: Problem is they have known about sunroof leaks and malfunctions since
1999...go check out consumer affairs lawsuits against them. BMW want fix it
because they already have your money so they dont care...the ultimate
driving machine my arse..check out transmission issues to.
